BOZEMAN, MT — In a surprising move that has left locals scratching their heads, Town Pump has announced plans to build a new Town Pump store inside an existing Town Pump.
“We’re really excited to bring this new concept to the Bozeman community,” said Town Pump spokesperson, Rachel Bennett. “We understand that people love Town Pump, and now they’ll have even more Town Pump to love.”
The new store will be built inside a current Town Pump location on Jackrabbit Lane and will feature all the usual amenities customers have come to expect from the popular convenience store chain, such as snacks, drinks, gasoline, and an endless aisle of boxed wine.
“We’re still working out the details, but we’re hoping to have the new store up and running by the end of the year,” said Bennett.
Locals have expressed confusion over the decision to build a store inside an existing store.
“I don’t get it,” said Bozeman resident, Garrett Russo. “Why not just build a new store? This seems like a waste of time and resources.”
Despite the confusion, Town Pump says they’re confident the new store will be a hit with customers.
“We know our customers love convenience, and what’s more convenient than having two Town Pumps in one location?” said Bennett. “We can’t wait to see the reaction from the community. Pump it up!”
